As a member of the Manitou Group after-sales service team, you will be responsible for managing the after-sales service activities of some of our subsidiaries in Northern Europe.

You will ensure the smooth running of after-sales activities for this zone, including last-level technical support and technical training.

You will work with the network to continuously improve its products and services.

You will be able to project yourself internationally, for between 50 and 80 days a year.

- Define and monitor annual action plans with each subsidiary under his/her responsibility, in line with the Service and Solutions Division's policy.

- Manage the guaranteed activity of the sector for which he/she is responsible (budget monitoring, performance)

- Analyze activity, define progress plans and monitoring indicators
