You will work in a truly international environment where English is at the heart of our daily interactions, both spoken and written. A strong command of the language is therefore key to succeeding in this role.
Reporting to the HR Director, the Talent and polyvalent HR Specialist works at the heart of the Relais & Châteaux Corporate teams, in a demanding, international, and people-oriented environment.
As a key operational support to the HR function, you will assist the HR Director in the day-to-day management of Human Resources, both in France and internationally. You will contribute to the implementation of HR processes, the quality of service provided to employees, and the overall efficiency of the organization, while developing your skills through a structured learning approach.
This position is particularly well suited for a junior profile or a first experience in Human Resources.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Onboarding
You will actively support recruitment activities for a variety of roles (Corporate, Communications, Marketing, Sales, etc.), including:
- Drafting and posting job descriptions
- Screening applications
- Communicating with candidates
- Coordinating interview logistics
- Supporting the recruitment process through hiring
- Becoming proficient in recruitment tools, including the SmartRecruiters ATS
You will also contribute to delivering a smooth and positive onboarding experience, from pre-onboarding to the first weeks within the company.
HR Administration & Payroll Support
You will provide support in the administration of employee data and HR operations:
- Preparing, updating, and maintaining employee records
- Managing and tracking absences (leave, sick leave, social security affiliations)
- Preparing and transmitting payroll inputs in coordination with external providers in France and internationally
- Supporting the setup and use of the HRIS (Lucca), including employee data and leave management
- Managing meal voucher orders
You will progressively build your expertise in these areas alongside the HR Director.
Learning & Development
You will support the coordination and delivery of training initiatives:
- Administrative and budget tracking
- Coordination with external vendors
- Managing registrations, invitations, and related documentation
- Supporting the organization and follow-up of annual and professional reviews
This will provide you with hands-on exposure to how learning supports business and team development
HR Support to Employees
- Working closely with managers and employees, you will:
- Provide first-level HR support in a clear and accessible manner
- Guide employees through internal processes (recruitment, leave, training, onboarding, etc.)
- Contribute to continuously improving HR service quality
HR Projects & Employee Engagement
You will contribute to the overall HR dynamic:
- Supporting initiatives that foster employee engagement and internal culture
- Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics
- Participating in cross-functional HR projects

- Basic knowledge of HR principles and/or labor law (on-the-job learning will be provided)
- Comfort with digital and HR tools (HRIS such as Lucca, Microsoft Teams, Copilot, internal surveys) and the ability to use AI tools responsibly while complying with data protection (GDPR) requirements
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
Experience
- 0 to 2 years of experience
- Early-career candidates and recent graduates are welcome
- Previous internships or apprenticeships in HR are a plus.
