Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support by engaging with stakeholders across various disciplines to enhance laboratory software solutions.
- Work collaboratively with product software development teams to support laboratory workflow redefinition and improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, offering you the opportunity to apply your educational background effectively.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in laboratory informatics system (LIS/LIMS), allowing you to excel in this rewarding role.
- Proficiency in SQL and interoperability standards (HL7), alongside strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, essential for success.
- Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
