Introduction
In charge of a FEED for HEMOBRAS project GOIANA Phase VIII (called Phase VIII).
The project Phase VIII aims to integrate a new production line for coagulation factors (plasma derivative medecines) in 2 existing building, B02 and B03 of Hemobras Goiana plant (Brazil).
The process includes several operations as ultrafiltration, chromatography, nanofiltration, filtration…

PURPOSE
The objective of this document is to describe and qualify expectations for the mission named "Bioprocess specialist".

SCOPE
The demand of services consists in :
- Perform process design activities related to 1 product.
- Participate to the teamwork and coordinate interfaces related to the product with Instrumentation/Automation and 3D team.

More precisely, the services will consist in following activities :

- Prepare/check/issue/update the documents related to the product : PID, PFD, PDS, material balance, chronogram.
- Lead a yellow review on the product and participate to safety review and quality review related to the product.
- Work closely with the client team : process, instrument/automation and 3D team. For 3D, define the layout with the 3D.
- Lead any technical discussions with the client related to the product.
- Ensure follow-up of its activities : meeting, coordination, progress follow-up.

A monthly report is expected, detailing activities done previous month, and activities foreseen for the next month.

Langage
Project language is French. All documents will be issued in English or French as defined by the project.
For oral communication, French, and English can be used. Portuguese could be an added value.

Organization
This technical support will be brought by a qualified person with an extensive experience (8 years +) in the field of bioprocess, as process engineer. The engineer must be familiar with protein downstream purification process (ultrafiltration, chromatography, nanofiltration) at industrial scale.
