Junior Accountant TMF ACCOUNTING FRANCE

The Junior Accountant, will be in charge, within the firm's accounting division, to support our international clients in their establishment and development in France.
Under the supervision of the Senior/ Supervisor/ Head of department, you will be required to perform all types of work on your client portfolio, in all areas of the accounting expertise.

• Accounting maintenance and/or revision
• Monitoring of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank, lettering, payroll, entries
• Verifying the completeness and consistency of accounting information received.
• Partially managing the updates of the clients' working files - with different levels of autonomy depending on files' complexity (under supervision)
• Preparation of tax returns under supervision
• Monthly and annual closing transactions; preparation of annual financial statements and of tax packages
• Setting up monthly and quarterly reports
• Communicating and anticipating to ensure fluidity and compliance of the workflow according to calendars. Escalating when needed.
• Participating to internal projects (tool change, training…)

• Professional knowledge of English (B2 level minimum);
• DCG/DSCG Degree, the candidate has followed a university course or business school, a master's degree or equivalent such as a BTS coupled with a successful comparable professional experience/exposure.
• At least training/apprenticeship experience in outsourcing firms or multinational;
• Anticipation, responsiveness, timeliness, and team spirit
• Knowledge of at least one accounting software: SAGE, CEGID Loop, Yooz or equivalent, Netsuite, or SAP is a plus, Enate Suit, ORACLE, Blackline, Workday, Yardi Voyager.
• Proficiency in Office Pack - especially Excel
• Capacity to adapt to diverse situations, stakeholders, and technologies in a scalable environment
