Senior Finance Manager H/F en CDI Comptalents

Notre client, société de Private Equity de premier plan, recherche
dans le cadre d'une opportunité en CDI un.e Senior Finance Manager
H/F.
Vos missions sont les suivantes :
· Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash-flow
projections and management reporting for the firm and its
international entities.
· Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual closings
with local accountants, auditors, tax advisors and internal
stakeholders.
· Oversee the financial reporting of foreign
subsidiaries and ensure consistency, reliability and timely delivery
across jurisdictions.
· Support consolidation work, intercompany flows,
transfer pricing documentation and related follow-up.
· Contribute to fund and management company
reporting, including financial, regulatory and investor-related
materials where relevant.
· Act as a finance business partner to the CFO and
senior management on ad-hoc analyses, strategic projects and
operational improvements.
· Help improve finance processes, tools and controls
to support the firm's continued international development.

EDUCATION
· Master's degree, or international equivalent, in
finance, accounting, economics, business administration or a related
field.
· 5-7 years of relevant experience, ideally gained
in Big 4 audit or advisory, financial services, an international
group, or a private equity / asset management environment. Exposure to
private equity, asset management or fund structures, including AIFMs,
management companies and GP/LP vehicles, would be a strong advantage.
· Solid hands-on experience in financial planning and
analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and
management reporting.
· Fluent professional English, both written and
spoken; French or Italian would be a plus.
· Highly organised, accurate and reliable, with the
ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across different
jurisdictions.
· Strong accounting and financial reporting
knowledge, including IFRS and French GAAP.
· Excellent analytical skills, advanced Excel
capabilities and confidence working with finance systems or ERP tools.
· Proactive, discreet and trustworthy, with the
judgement and maturity to act as a true right hand to the CFO.
· Clear and confident communicator, comfortable
working with internal teams, external advisors, auditors, tax experts
and regulators.
