Founding Software Engineer (M/F) - NDA Teamis

By applying to this role, you'll have the opportunity to join an innovative early-stage tech startup operating in stealth mode within the B2B SaaS space.
They are looking for a Founding Engineer / Senior Software Engineer to own systems end-to-end, drive strategic architecture decisions, and establish the technical standards for the engineering team.
Your missions, shall you accept them :

• Build complex, stateful customer-facing B2B interfaces used on a daily basis
• Architect correctness-critical systems where software precision and reliability are essential
• Design and deploy high-volume data processing architectures operating autonomously
• Lead platform initiatives covering performance, security, reliability, and automated deployments
• Set engineering foundations including testing, tooling, automated checks, and CI/CD pipelines
• Establish technical standards (code reviews, testing, automation) inherited by future hires
• Work directly with the founders to shape what is built and execute rapidly toward the MVP

What about you ?

• You have several years of experience shipping production software
• You have a strong full-stack background across UI, backend, and data modeling
• You master the technical stack: Next.js, React, Node, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL (SQL & relational modeling)
• You have proven experience with B2B software (multi-tenant, permissioned, in production)
• You ship secure and reliable code fast, leveraging modern AI tools
• You handle concurrency, partial failures, and complex production edge cases
• You are highly autonomous, capable of writing your own specs without rigid processes (no dedicated PM or QA)
• You speak fluent professional English
