Sortation Standardisation Project Manager (H/F/D) SAMSIC EMPLOI

The role of the Sortation Standardisation Program Manager is to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of standardization initiatives on the ground within our sortation warehouses. This position reports directly to a Senior Program Manager in Sortation Standardization and Quality and is part of the broader Operations Strategy and Integration (OSI) team.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

Execute defined tasks assigned by their project manager.

Provide on-site support for standardization topics which may include, but are not limited to: running tests, training, organizing 5S implementation and layout changes, execution monitoring, troubleshooting.

Conduct regular audits of sorting activities against the expected process.

Develop standard operating procedures and implement visual management solutions for standard processes.

Support the senior project manager in coordinating initiatives across different network hubs and serve as a central point of contact for local operational teams.

Conduct investigations or analyses to solve specific problems and propose possible solutions.

Scope:

All sortation centers in our network: currently 5 in France, the Netherlands, and Spain.

All processes implemented by sortation operations teams within the sortation centers: this includes inbound/outbound flows, parcel sorting, preparation of shipping bags, problem resolution, general center layout, flow, and management.

Scope and Complexity :
Focused on their tasks, may contribute to projects within the team.
Works on problems of limited scope.
Work is periodically reviewed, and instructions may be given regarding tasks to be completed.
Fluent in English. Spanish and French are a plus.
Decision-making and Judgment :
Operational routine tasks or daily business activities; anticipation of decision consequences up to 3 months in advance.

Salary
Between 44,000 - 50,000 EUR gross / year (depending on profile)
