Front Office Manager - Exe Panorama, Paris Hosco

We are looking for a Front Office Manager (Maternity Leave Cover) for Exe Panorama Paris, France.

What will you be responsible for?

• Managing and supervising the daily Front Office operations, ensuring an efficient and guest-focused service.
• Leading, motivating and coordinating the Front Desk team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes while maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
• Handling guest requests, feedback and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Monitoring room allocation, occupancy levels and revenue opportunities in coordination with the Revenue and Reservations teams.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and service standards.
• Coordinating with Housekeeping, Maintenance and other hotel departments to guarantee seamless operations and an excellent guest experience.
• Preparing operational reports and monitoring Front Office KPIs to support continuous improvement.
• Training and supporting team members, ensuring service excellence and adherence to company standards.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Front Office supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office operations and hotel management systems (PMS).
• Fluent French and English (mandatory); additional languages will be highly valued.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field will be considered an advantage.
