We are looking for a *Referent-Flight Operations - In-service Aircraft* to come onboard in *our Engineering* *Directorate *in* Véronique*'s team : a team of *10* collaborators!

* Your Mission *
Within the Flight Operations Engineering department, you will act as a referent in the domain of ATR Flight Operations data, ensuring the development of flight operations documentation based on in-service experience and evolving airworthiness regulations:
* Act as focal point for all changes to flight ops documentation driven by in-service aircraft operations and regulatory updates
* Plan and coordinate activities related to the development and certification of the Flight Ops documentation, based on in-service feedback from Continued Airworthiness and Customer support,
* Collect required inputs from the Design office, Flight Test, Training and Support departments to define documentation changes
* Conduct internal reviews and validations of documentation updates
* Prepare technical and operational dossiers to justify changes against Certification Specifications rules (CS) and secure approval from certification authorities in accordance with Part 21 Design Organization Approval
* Sign as authorized signatory within the ATR Design Organisation
* Ensure documentation updates comply with authoring rules and maintain consistency across the manuals, medias (including Electronic Check List), and aircraft variants
* Define and monitor the annual Flight Ops documentation revision plan
* Oversee subcontracted activities related to documentation updates
* Provide back-office support to customer front office in the Flight Operations domain
* Serve as referent for operational documentation writing rules and provide expertise to the team
* Contribute to documentation updates linked to cabin design changes
* About you *
* Engineering degree (specializing in aeronautics)
* Knowledge required in following domains: aircraft operational documentation, aircraft flight operations and aircraft performance, ATR aircraft systems, aeronautical regulations for aircraft manufacturers (CS 25, Part 21) and airlines (AIR OPS rules), aircraft configuration management, XML-based structured documentation technologies
* Experience as a pilot (recommended)
* Experience as cabin crew (recommended)
* Experience in human factors (recommended)
* Fluent in English and French
* Strong IT skills (Office suite)
* Soft skills: rigorous, teamwork, leadership, communication

Nous recherchons un *Référent - Opérations de Vol / Avions en Service* pour rejoindre la *Direction Engineering*, au sein de l'équipe de Véronique : une équipe de 10 collaborateurs.

* Votre mission *
Au sein du service Flight Operations Engineering, en qualité de Référent dans le domaine Opérations de vol, vous assurerez un support quotidien aux activités réalisées par le service, contribuerez aux développements avion pour assurer leur opérabilité, apporterez votre support aux services Suivi de Navigabilité et Support opérations clients pour une exploitation sûre et efficace de l'avion ATR. Votre rôle inclura la réalisation d'études opérationnelles et techniques contribuant au développement de la documentation des opérations de vol.
Vos principales activités seront les suivantes :
* *Point focal documentation* - Vous êtes l'interlocuteur principal pour toutes les évolutions de la documentation Ops liées aux opérations en service et aux mises à jour réglementaires.
* Planifier et coordonner les activités liées au développement et à la certification de la documentation Flight Ops, sur la base des retours en service (Continued Airworthiness, Support Client).
* Collecter les données nécessaires auprès du Bureau d'Études, des Essais en Vol, de la Formation et du Support pour définir les évolutions documentaires.
* Conduire les revues internes et valider les mises à jour documentaires.
* Préparer les dossiers techniques et opérationnels justifiant les évolutions au regard des règles *Certification Specifications (CS)* et obtenir l'approbation des autorités conformément au *Part 21 - Design Organization Approval*.
* Signer en tant que *signataire autorisé* au sein de l'Organisation de Conception ATR.
* Garantir la conformité des mises à jour avec les règles de rédaction et la cohérence entre les manuels, médias (dont *Electronic Check List*) et variantes avion.
* Définir et suivre le *plan annuel de révision* de la documentation Flight Ops.
* Superviser les activités sous-traitées liées aux mises à jour documentaires.
* Fournir un support back-office au front-office client dans le domaine Flight Operations.
* *Référent rédaction opérationnelle* - Vous êtes l'expert interne des règles de rédaction de la documentation opérationnelle et accompagnez l'équipe.
* *Documentation cabine* - Vous contribuez aux mises à jour documentaires liées aux évolutions de design cabine
* A propos de vous *
* Diplôme d'ingénieur (spécialisation aéronautique).
* Connaissances requises : documentation opérationnelle avion, opérations de vol et performances avion, systèmes ATR, réglementation aéronautique constructeur (*CS-25, Part 21*) et compagnie (*AIR OPS*), gestion de configuration avion, technologies de documentation structurée basées sur *XML*.
* Expérience pilote (recommandée).
