We are looking for a *Referent-F***light *Operations - Aircraft Design* to come onboard in *our Engineering* * Directorate * in* Véronique*'s team : a team of * 10 * collaborators!

* Your Mission *
Within the Flight Operations Engineering department, you will act as a referent in the domain of ATR Flight Operations data, providing daily support on the activities of the team, supporting the ATR aircraft design developments for enhanced operability and supporting the ATR continued Airworthiness and Customer support team for safe and efficient ATR aircraft operations. This role will include the conduct of operational and technical studies contributing to the development of the flight operations documentation.
Your main activities will include:
* Act as focal point for the changes of flight ops documentation driven by aircraft design change
* Plan and coordinate the activities for the development and certification of the Flight Ops documentation related to aircraft design changes
* Perform the impact assessment of the aircraft design changes on the Flight Operations documentation
* Collect all necessary input data from the Design office, Flight Test, Training and Support department to define the content of changes to flight operations documentation
* Conduct internal consultation/validation of changes in documentation,
* Write technical/operational dossiers to justify the changes against the Certification Specifications rules (CS) and ensure their approval by certification authorities as per the Design Organization Approval (Part 21) rules
* Engage responsibility as authorized signatory within the Design Organisation of ATR
* Ensure documentation update in compliance with authoring rules, while ensuring consistency of information across the different manuals and medias (Electronic Check List) and for the various aircraft variants
* Ensure documentation update in compliance with the engineering production plan driven by entry into service of aircraft new design changes
* Contribute to the operability of aircraft design
* Provide support to Human Factors team for the conduct of aircraft design evaluation or human factors evaluation (through appropriate simulation means)
* Provide support to ATR design office in the flight operations domain
* Act as focal point and MOD leader for the Electronic Check List databases (ECL) updates
* Plan and coordinate the activities for the development and certification of the ECL
* Ensure the follow up of the subcontracted activities
* Ensure the ECL update in compliance with the planning of annual revisions of the Flight Ops documentation and entry into service of aircraft new design changes
* About you *
* Engineering degree (specializing in aeronautics)
* Knowledge required in following domains: aircraft operational documentation, aircraft flight operations and aircraft performance, ATR aircraft systems, aeronautics regulations relevant to aircraft manufacturers (CS 25, Part 21) and airlines (AIR OPS rules), document production technologies (XML structured documentation)
* Experience as a pilot (recommended)
* Experience in human factors (recommended)
* Fluent in English and French
* IT skills: good skills in pack office
* Soft skills: rigorous, team working, leadership, communication skills

* Votre mission *
Au sein du service Flight Operations Engineering, en qualité de Référent dans le domaine Opérations de vol, vous assurerez un support quotidien aux activités réalisées par le service, contribuerez aux développements avion pour assurer leur opérabilité, apporterez votre support aux services Suivi de Navigabilité et Support opérations clients pour une exploitation sûre et efficace de l'avion ATR. Votre rôle inclura la réalisation d'études opérationnelles et techniques contribuant au développement de la documentation des opérations de vol.
Vos principales activités seront les suivantes :
- Agir en tant que point focal pour le développement de la documentation opérationnelle associée aux évolutions design avion
* Planifier et coordonner les activités de développement et de certification de la documentation opérationnelle associée aux évolutions design avion
* Réaliser les analyses d'impact des évolutions design avion sur la documentation opérationnelle
* Recueillir toutes les données nécessaires auprès du bureau d'études, du département des essais en vol, de la formation et du support afin de définir le contenu des modifications à apporter à la documentation des opérations de vol,
* Procéder à la consultation/validation interne des modifications apportées à la documentation,
* Rédiger des dossiers techniques/opérationnels pour justifier la conformité des modifications documentaires au regard des exigences règlementaires (Certification Specifications) et assurer leur approbation par les autorités de certification
* Engager sa responsabilité en tant que signatiares autorisé dans le cadre du 'Design Organization Agreement' d'ATR
* Assurer la mise à jour de la documentation conformément aux règles de rédaction, tout en garantissant la cohérence des informations dans les différents manuels et médias…
