Economic and Financial Specialist (Remote, Part-Time) (H/F) TALENTBRIDGE

Work Arrangement
1. Remote work with flexible hours; approximately 5-10 hours per week.
2. Payment based on project/task or hourly rate; specifics to be discussed.
Responsibilities
1. Macro & Industry Analysis - Track domestic and international macroeconomic data, policy developments, and financial market changes; prepare concise periodic briefings.
2. Thematic Research - Conduct in-depth analysis of specific economic phenomena, industry trends, or financial product structures based on business needs, delivering actionable insights.
3. Data Interpretation - Assist in processing relevant economic and financial data, providing quantitative analysis and interpretation to support judgment and decision-making.
4. Strategic Support - Participate in internal discussions to offer economic and financial perspectives for investment decisions, risk management, business planning, and related areas.
Qualifications
1. Education - Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Quantitative Economics, Statistics, or a related field. PhD or overseas study/work experience preferred.
2. Work Experience - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in economic research, financial analysis, investment research, or related areas. Experience with government agencies, think tanks, regulatory bodies, financial institutions, or large corporate research departments preferred.
3. Technical Skills - Solid grasp of macroeconomics, monetary economics, asset pricing, and other core theories with the ability to apply them practically.
4. Soft Skills - Logical thinking and clear expression; able to translate complex economic/financial issues into easy-to-understand language. Self-motivated, reliable for remote asynchronous collaboration, punctual. Sensitive to policy changes and unexpected events; critical thinking mindset.
