They are looking for a Professional Services Director to lead end-to-end enterprise implementation projects and structure delivery operations. In a fast-scaling environment, the objective is to transition from 'firefighting' mode to structured, predictable, and profitable execution.
Your missions:

Your missions:
- Lead a portfolio of strategic enterprise implementations, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Act as the final escalation point for strategic customers and manage relationships at the C-level.
- Introduce and scale a standardized delivery methodology across all teams.
- Ensure commercial governance by validating deal intake with Sales and securing SOW (Statement of Work) discipline.
- Own the Services P&L: track project profitability, WIP (Work in Progress), and delivery costs.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers and Consultants.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align deployment strategies.
Description du profil
What about you?
- You have 8+ years of experience in SaaS delivery, consulting, or systems integration.
- You have proven experience managing teams and high-stakes delivery portfolios.
- You possess strong financial literacy and commercial acumen (P&L management, margins, profitability KPIs).
- You have experience in scale-up or transformation environments.
- You are fluent in English (primary working language) and French.
- Experience in the Hospitality industry is highly desirable.
