They are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help scale the business from €40M to €100M.
Your missions:
Reporting to the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, you will act as the bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. Your role is to turn technical capabilities into compelling value propositions that drive commercial impact.

Your missions:
Reporting to the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, you will act as the bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. Your role is to turn technical capabilities into compelling value propositions that drive commercial impact.
- Positioning and Messaging: Define and evolve how the platform is positioned across different markets and geographies. Translate complex functionality into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with hospitality operators' real-world problems (productivity, cost reduction, compliance).
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Lead end-to-end GTM execution for new products and features. Define launch plans, target audiences, and success metrics while ensuring strong alignment across Sales, Growth, and Customer Success.
- Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with high-performance tools, including pitch decks, competitive battlecards, value propositions, and objection-handling frameworks to improve win rates across the funnel.
- Market & Customer Insights: Develop a deep understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and the competitive landscape. Analyze how hospitality operators think and buy to refine messaging and product-market fit.
- Adoption and Expansion: Partner with Customer Success teams to drive product adoption, retention, and expansion by shaping campaigns that highlight the full value of the integrated platform.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and ensure that global positioning translates effectively into local execution.
Description du profil
What about you?
- Experience: You have 5 to 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, specifically within the B2B SaaS sector.
- Technical Skills: Proven track record in Go-to-Market strategy, strategic positioning, and creating Sales Enablement assets.
- Languages: Native-level French and fluent English (essential for the international context of the role).
- Soft Skills: You possess a strategic and commercial mindset. You are recognized for your ability to simplify complex concepts and your skill in managing diverse stakeholders (Product, Sales, Marketing).
- Bonus: Previous experience working across international markets is a significant plus.
Salaire et avantages
