Jean Louis Deniot est une agence d'architecture d'intérieur et de décoration basée à Paris 7e ayant une renommée et une clientèle internationale. Nous recherchons dans le cadre d'un remplacement l'assistante de jean Louis Deniot. Vous devez impérativement du fait de notre clientèle être parfaitement bilingue anglais, idéalement natif anglophone. Vous vous retrouvez dans le descriptif ci-dessous, n'hésitez pas à postuler.
You are responsible for welcoming clients, partners, and visitors, both in person and by phone, and for maintaining a positive image of the agency. You handle administrative tasks related to reception duties and provide organizational support to internal teams.
In coordination with the various departments, you contribute to the organization of daily operations and the follow-up of internal activities. You are also involved in organizing business travel, including transportation and accommodation bookings, agenda management, and related logistics.
As a trusted member of the team, you assist management with day-to-day tasks and help ensure the smooth running of the office.
This position requires organizational skills, discipline and a sense of priority. You ideally have some experience as personal assistant. Beyond these abilities, your personality, entrepreneurial spirit, and enthusiasm will shape the outlines of the position.
