As the company accelerates its growth, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (M/F) to drive pipeline generation and support the next stage of scale.
This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role combining strategic thinking, data-driven decision making and hands-on execution.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive pipeline growth and funnel conversion
- Build and scale growth marketing programmes across paid, content, lifecycle and ABM
- Identify new markets and ICP opportunities
- Support cross-sell and product adoption within the customer base
- Bring strong analytical rigour to marketing performance, attribution and reporting

Dans un contexte de très forte accélération de la croissance, l'entreprise recrute un.e Growth Marketing Manager pour structurer et piloter les leviers de génération de revenus.
Véritable builder, vous évoluez à la croisée de la stratégie et de l'exécution : analyse des données, lancement de campagnes, optimisation des canaux et collaboration étroite avec les équipes Sales et Produit.
Vos responsabilités :
- Développer la génération de pipeline et l'optimisation du funnel
- Piloter des programmes de growth marketing et d'acquisition (paid, contenu, lifecycle, ABM…)
- Identifier de nouveaux marchés et segments clients
- Accélérer le cross-sell et l'adoption produit auprès des clients existants
- Structurer le pilotage de la performance marketing (data, attribution, reporting)

Profile:
-xx+ years in growth marketing, demand generation or performance marketing in an international context
- Strong data-driven mindset and analytical skills
- Hands-on operator able to execute and scale initiatives
- Experience in SaaS, start-ups or high-growth environments - SaaS BtoB imperatively
- Backgrounds may include tech companies, start-ups, hospitality or restaurant groups
- Professional English required
Profil recherché :
-xx+ ans d'expérience en growth marketing / demand generation / performance marketing en contexte international
- Forte capacité d'analyse data et orientation résultats
- Profil hands-on, capable de passer de la stratégie à l'exécution
- Expérience en environnement SaaS, start-up ou scale-up - SaaS BtoB impérativement
- Parcours possibles : start-up, tech, hôtellerie, restauration, entreprises de services multi-sites
- Anglais professionnel +++ indispensable
