Growth Marketing Manager - H/F Teamis

They are looking for a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to help scale the business from €40M to €100M. The objective will be to lead growth across pipeline generation, conversion, and market expansion on an international level.
Your missions:

• Build and execute demand generation programs to increase qualified pipeline and improve conversion.
• Design and run focused ABM programs for priority accounts in close alignment with Sales.
• Identify and unlock new markets, segments, and ICP opportunities.
• Own the performance of growth channels (Paid, Content, Lifecycle) with a focus on attribution and optimization.
• Partner with Product and Commercial teams to drive cross-sell and product adoption.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives such as website improvements and reporting frameworks.
• Support and develop talent within the growth function.

What about you?

• You have at least 5 to 8 years of experience in growth or demand generation marketing within B2B SaaS.
• You have a proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue impact, not just running campaigns.
• You are a 'doer'-strategic but highly operational and comfortable in an agile environment.
• You are data-driven and possess strong analytical skills to drive commercial decisions.
• You have the ability to work across international markets (France, UK, LATAM).
• You excel at stakeholder management and collaborating with Revenue, Product, and Sales teams.
