**Job Description:**
*Airbus Commercial Aircraft* is looking for a *Supply Chain & Quality Manager* (f/m) to join our *Procurement Operations - Supply Chain Quality Team* based in *Toulouse, France*.
You will be part of a team developing Systems Hardware suppliers around the world. As part of the Hardware Structural Supply Chain Quality Team, you will be involved in monitoring and qualifying suppliers for Airbus Commercial aiming at an on-time, on-quality and on-cost delivery.

**Your challenges:*

* Lead Transfer of Works (TOW) and industrial qualifications of parts using dedicated tools (e.g. NSPI).
* Secure Supplier Approvals by running Control Reviews and assessing supplier capability and capacity.
* Manage supply chain and quality aspects of contracts to ensure On-Time and On-Quality performance.
* Monitor manufacturing compliance and consolidate performance data to manage non-conformances.
* Protect Airbus production units by securing deliveries and driving convergence to industrial maturity.
This role involves frequent business travel.
**Your boarding pass:**
* Proven experience in Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing or Engineering.
* Strong knowledge of Supply Chain fundamentals (APICS or equivalent) and Project Management.
* Expertise in Quality standards and problem-solving methods (QMS, Nadcap, SPC, MSA).
* Excellent communication and stakeholders management skills in multicultural environments.
* Language skills: English (negotiation level); German is a plus.
