**Job Description:**
*Airbus Commercial Aircraft* is looking for a * Lead Supply Chain and Quality Manager * (f/m) to join our Procurement Supply Chain and Logistics for Chemicals & Composites department based in Toulouse, France.
The PIMC commodity is managing Procurement Operations for Chemicals & Composites perimeter, accountable of sustainable Performance and development of a world wide portfolio of 619 Suppliers, serving all Airbus Programs, thanks a staff of more than 30 professionals located in
France, Germany, Spain & Canada.
The PIMC suppliers are delivering chemical products (sealant, external & structural paint, decofilm, chemical distributor's products), composite products (thermosets, thermoplastics, interiors & bonding) to Airbus & all Tiers. They also offer a wide range of services : from surface treatment specialists to on-site subcontracting for external paint, sealant & structural paint application.

* Your challenges: *
* Perform an initial diagnosis of the chemical & composites supply base of all concerned sites, including all services & non flying materials in regards to current PIMC scope
* Identify the major industrial & performance risks for the new portfolio (new suppliers or new products)
* Propose all necessary actions to mitigate immediate risks and support business continuity
* Support the definition of a 'to be' run mode with the new entity, driving maximum synergy between existing footprint and new scope
* Support sizing and staffing of the team
* Act as focal point towards the suppliers for operational activities and contract management, and as ambassador of the supplier toward internal functions.
* Assess suppliers during tendering phase and contribute to the selection decision.
* Manage supply chain & quality aspects of the contract, being responsible for
* Monitor or support new product introduction to ensure industrial qualification maturity before serial phase.
* Provide consolidated forecast to suppliers and ensure that suppliers will have the required capacity.
* Assess the Supplier capacity, capability & performance and contribute to the Supplier development.
* Identify the supplier industrial risks and propose mitigation actions.
* Work out short term recovery plans.
* Contribute to the annual Supplier Evaluation Development (SED) and segmentation.
* Present the situation of the supplier on operational performance (KPIs, assessments..) during MFT/MDT meetings.
* Lead regular Supplier Business Reviews
* Develop cross-functional teamworking and apply practical problem solving tools.
* Understand the human aspect of change to accompany the teams in implementing new ways of working.
