Your Role as a Hospitality Executive Advisor
This is an independent advisory role within a values-driven Swiss company - now entering the French market. You'll work with a curated platform of structured programs that support midlife professionals (especially 50+) in hospitality in identifying new direction, building confidence, and moving forward with clarity and energy.
You will:
- Guide experienced professionals in exploring what's next for them

- Build your own independent advisory practice with guidance and team-based support
- Operate remotely, flexibly, and without direct staff responsibilities
