As our Meeting & Events Specialist you are responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of all meetings and events taking place in Zoku Paris.
You will be our administrative super-star and the key contact person for our guests regarding all meetings and events. Your day to day involves managing all requests, bookings & invoices and making sure every player in our culinary and operational team knows what to do in regards to M&E. You will also be working closely together with our Sales Manager and Community Manager, acting as the third corner in our commercial triangle. All while reporting to the Director of Sales of Zoku.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
No day looks the same as a Meeting & Events Specialist but here's a glimpse of what you can expect:
The booking manager: You have your inbox and bookings in check and updated when you go home - every day. Being efficient in written and verbal communication ensuring minimal error and great service is one of your greatest motivators.
The ultimate party planner: On the day of the event or meeting you are the first point of contact for all things M&E for our operational and culinary team. You're planning and organizing the seamless setup of the event spaces, making sure needs and setup is clearly communicated to the M&E operations Intern and operational team.
Creating memorable meetings: You're in charge of coordinating everything needed to create unforgettable corporate and social events, both with the guests and the team.
A true connector: You're good at scoring high guest satisfaction because of your smooth and flawless service and communication from the first guest contact to the day of the meeting or event. Regular check-ins with your colleagues will bring the department to the next level.
Dive into the action: You'll have weekly meetings with the General Manager and Director of Sales focused on sales and bookings, to delve into topics such as revenue, budget and future business opportunities. Your commercial hat never comes off.

A FEW MUST HAVES
You have a hospitality background and a minimum of 1 year experience in similar coordinator/booker role.
You are fluent in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
You are an EU resident or have a valid working and residence permit for France.
You love to work, as we need you full-time (39 hours).
You are flexible with working hours, with occasional presence required at events or client meetings outside typical hours.
Start date: We are looking to hire our new M&E specialist as soon as possible, but are open to discussing the start date, as we are looking for the right fit for our amazing team.
