On behalf of one of our key international customers in the beauty products sector, Flexim Group is looking for an Operations Manager - 100% for their Paris sites.

Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will have overall responsibility and accountability for the Clients Operations, P&L, Growth, Service Delivery and Client Relationships in Paris with a view to expanding to France. This includes general operational admin support (invoicing, general admin and procurement), P&L, Growth, Quality Compliance, health & Safety, operational training, contract mobilisations and FM Services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Full FM Operational Performance of all Clients
2. Full Operational & Service Delivery Responsibilities
3. P&L Performance - Achieve Group Budgets and Financial Targets for dedicated clients' contracts.
4. Drive and Implement Cost Saving Improvements across Group Operations
5. Responsible for managing and providing FM Admin reports via Netsuite and CAFM Systems
6. Support and Lead the Growth ambitions -New Sales, Retention and Projects
7. Enhance FM Manager Capability through the delivery of coaching, training, and support to managers performance
8. Be the Client focal point and responsible for the compliant service delivery, governance, compliance to ensure complete adherence to the SLA & KPI metrics of the contract.
9. Provide technical and managerial support to Reports and Business
10. Support and translate the Strategic development of the Group Business offerings to the Client operations
11. Support and Develop Operational Delivery Team Capability to achieve and exceed Customer and Account Performance metrics
12. Managing the client relationship and ensuring a high level of service performance and of suppliers.
13. Drive and measure with FM Operations Managers and operational team's full compliance with KPI and Audit requirements.
14. Drive and measure with operational teams ensuring full EHS & Quality compliance, legislative, CLIENT and health, safety.
15. Drive/develop analytics capability within the operations team including but not limited to systems, people and reporting.
16. Ensuring that the safety, health & environmental performance of the company is implemented in line with policies
Qualifications:
Education:
- Desired Practical EHS Management qualification
- Desired bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, Construction, Hospitality or another FM-related field.
- Desired Master in Industry Related Field, FM, Business Administration or Construction
Experience:
- At least five years of leading and management experience working with corporate clients and leading IFM teams.
- Experience leading multi-disciplined Technical & Non-Technical Teams, Soft and Hard Services Contracts in multiple Industry Sectors, Life Sciences, Education Technology, Manufacturing & Corporate Environments
- Experience in managing Financial Profit & Loss, Budgets for businesses>€5M
- Experience managing Vendors and supply chain optimisation to deliver bottom-line improvements
- Experienced Client Relationship Manager, operating at Senior Management Level
- Experience and Knowledge of working with Computer Facility Management Asset Software
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment and versatile in meeting client- changing needs and requirements
- Significant practical experience of problem-solving issues in a dynamic/diverse environment.
- Experience of investigating discrepancies and reporting objectively.
- Experience of leading and managing change. Organizational, Systems and Process
Skills:
- Strong analytical, organization and administration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills; proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, skills are essential
- Fluent in English
