Responsable du Contrôle de Gestion (h/f) LHH Recruitment Solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Support the monthly S&OP process by consolidating financial and operational assumptions and ensuring alignment between Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance teams.

• Monitor and track Supply Chain cost-saving initiatives, validate financial impacts and provide regular reporting on the delivery of savings targets.

• Analyze inventory performance and working capital metrics, identify improvement opportunities and support actions to optimize stock levels while maintaining service performance.

• Prepare and maintain Supply Chain performance dashboards, ensuring the accuracy of KPI reporting and highlighting key risks, trends and improvement areas.

• Contribute to the annual budget and forecasting cycles by providing financial analysis, monitoring variances and supporting operational teams in understanding performance drivers.

• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, controls and reporting requirements across Supply Chain activities.
• Support the evaluation of Supply Chain investments and projects through financial analysis, business case preparation and post-implementation reviews.

• Perform ad hoc analyses to support decision-making, scenario planning and business performance reviews.

• Partner with Supply Chain stakeholders to improve reporting processes, strengthen financial visibility and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile :

• You bring significant experience in Finance and Controlling within industrial or manufacturing environments, with strong exposure to Supply Chain operations.
• Throughout your career, you have partnered closely with operational teams to improve business performance, optimize costs and support informed decision-making.
• You have hands-on experience managing inventory-related financial performance, cash generation initiatives and working capital improvement programs.
• You understand the interaction between operational planning and financial performance and are comfortable working within S&OP or integrated planning environments.
• You are confident working with ERP systems, ideally SAP, and have strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Fluent in both English and French, you can effectively communicate with stakeholders at different levels across an international organization.
• You are able to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets and translate them into clear recommendations for the business.
• Comfortable in fast-paced and evolving environments, you demonstrate resilience, adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• You are capable of working autonomously while building strong partnerships across functions and geographies.
• Your collaborative mindset, business acumen and ability to influence through analysis make you a trusted partner for both Finance and Operations teams.
• You enjoy working in international and multicultural environments and are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives.
