The Flight Dispatcher is accountable for preparing flights in accordance with Flight Test Engineers' requirements (routes, ATC clearances, etc.) and managing external missions such as certification campaigns, airshows, R&D, humanitarian...
* Key Tasks & Accountabilities *
*1. Daily Front Office Flight Dispatcher Tasks:*
* Support daily development and production flights based in Toulouse.
* Ensure safe dispatch regarding airspace, traffic, and meteorological constraints.
* Liaise with Air Traffic Management and airport authorities.
* Draft and file flight plans (GAT + OAT) and maintain permanent flight tracking.
* Manage operational awareness, brief crews.
* Actively monitor/coordinate the Emergency Response Plan in an incident/accident event.
*2. Daily Back Office Flight Dispatcher Tasks:*
* Prepare and support external missions, manage on-site coordination/logistics (routings, overflight permits, ground handling, ATC & airport approvals, hotels, transport).
* Support the Flight Tests community with your expertise.
* Maintain/update technical reference processes
*Travel Requirements: *Worldwide missions (approx. ~1 week ~5 times/year).
Candidates must be fully available to travel accordingly.
* Required skills *
* Dispatcher diploma with Airline / OCC experience (minimum 2 years).
* Adaptable to an operational, reactive environment
* Two-shift teamwork, weekend & bank holidays standby
* Very good English and intermediate French level.
* Digital tools knowledge is a plus.
