Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an *Electronics Design HW Architect & Strategy (M/F)* to join our Avionics & Simulations domain.
In this role, you will be at the heart of innovation, helping develop electronics equipment for the *future Airbus Electric Aircraft*. As part of our Electronics Design Team, you will drive the global definition of the hardware equipment development strategy, lead process optimization, and manage strategic partner relationships.

**Your Challenges & Responsibilities**
* *Strategic Vision:* Define the HW development strategy for upcoming aircraft programs.
* *Architecture Support:* Collaborate with the Product Architect to define comprehensive HW and SW requirements.
* *Partner & Subcontractor Management:* Oversee current sub-contractors and define the strategy for future calls for tenders regarding design partners.
* *Validation & Testing:* Support the test strategy and validate global equipment design using both simulation and physical testing.
* *Expertise & Consulting:* Provide high-level expertise through assessments, investigations, and reviews for our internal developments, our manufacturing line, and the broader Airbus design community.
**Your Boarding Pass (Requirements)**
* *Education:* Degree in Chartered Engineering, Electronics Design, or an equivalent technical field.
* *Technical Expertise:* Deep knowledge and proven experience in Electronics (Design, Equipment Architecture, and HW Development processes).
* *Standards & Environment:* Strong understanding of environmental requirements (EMC, thermal) and regulations (*ABD* and *DO160*) essential for Electronics solutions.
* *Methodologies:* Solid experience in *Design for Industrialisation (DFI)* and *Design to Cost (DTC)* approaches.
* *Languages:* Negotiation level in both *French* and *English* (written and verbal).
