*What you will be doing *
You will be on a development journey to guide your growth into the role of Fincancial Controller and can expect to be involved in the following:
1. Financial Planning, Forecasting and Reporting
2. Audit existing methodologies used to prioritise Project Portfolio, robustify the approach, propose innovative ones
3. Support Projects business casing, and identify key risks drivers
4. Position will enable you to practice Financial Tools (SAP) and develop a deep understanding of Financial Processes
5. You will also have a unique opportunity to learn about Airbus products and strategy.
Your development journey will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position.
At the end of the two year development programme, you will have developed into the position of Financial Controller
*What we are looking for*
To be a successful applicant, you will need to demonstrate you have:
- A degree level or equivalent within Finance
- Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of controlling.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English. French and German are plus.
- A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
- The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
