*Airbus Commercial Aircraft i*s looking for an* Agile Expert RTE (m/f) *to join the OEDA department based in *Toulouse, France. *
You will join this strategic transformation which simplifies, harmonizes, and modernizes global industrial, assembly, and supply chain processes to support production ramp-up .

*Your challenges:*
* Facilitate PI Planning readiness, execution, and system demos at the release train level .
* Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and leaders in Lean-Agile practices and ARP deployment methodology .
* Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments while aligning execution with Product Managers and Owners .
* Define and track value metrics while facilitating train-level synchronization meetings and relentless improvement .
* Ensure deployment golden rules, strategy, and new methodologies are consistently applied across sites .
This position requires the ability to travel (approximately 20%).
*Your boarding pass:*
* Background in Informatics, Manufacturing Engineering, Production/Logistics, or equivalent .
* Proven experience (10+ years) in Aerospace or related complex industrial environments .
* Strong SAFe/Agile expertise with SPC certification and proven project/change management skills .
* Solid grasp of E2E operational processes and ERP/SAP ecosystem (MM, PP, SD modules) .
* Advanced level in English and German required, with willingness to travel (approx. 20%) .
