**Job Description:**
*Airbus Commercial Aircraft *is looking for a *JUNIOR SUSTAINABILITY OFFICER (f/m) *to join our SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel) and CDR (Carbon Dioxide Removal) Development department based in Toulouse, France.
As part of the CSO organization, the SAF and CDR Development department (GC) is in charge of defining a SAF and CDR roadmap for Airbus and implementing it through influence and partnerships with the relevant stakeholders of both ecosystems. This central team is supported by colleagues in the regions to deploy local actions, therefore providing a global but customised approach to the topic.
Within the SAF and CDR Development organisation three pillars of activity are operating together: Global Ecosystem, Business Development and Offer Management.
The SAF and CDR Global Ecosystem team (GCK) is in charge of consolidating all the Airbus' knowledge and data on both topics and has the ambition to become a SAF thought leader. It also drives the SAF and CDR advocacy and communication efforts to be deployed globally and in the regions. The Global Ecosystem team defines the SAF Roadmap globally and monitors its implementation.

**Your challenges:**
* Contributing to the SAF communication & promotion plan
* Leading & organizing SAF & CDR communication actions (e.g.: webinars for customers, contribution to external events, creation of communication material)
* Deploying the social network advocacy plan
* Delivering awareness and upskilling sessions internally within Airbus and externally towards customers / as part of industry events
* Contributing to SAF global and regional advocacy plans
* Delivering topical analyses / briefs / commentaries internally and externally
* Building an understanding of the regional situation on SAF supply, demand and regulation
* Supporting the local team and monitoring the SAF roadmap & SAF action plan implementation
* Participating in region-specific touch points as required
* Delivering market analysis on the SAF ecosystem (supply, demand, regulation)
* Using the SAFIR database to produce ad hoc analysis on the SAF market
* Updating the SAF regional advocacy roadmaps with the relevant market figures
* Contributing to the update and development of the SAF Knowledge Center
* Reviewing the SAF Knowledge Center presentations and identifying gaps
* Proposing updated content for the knowledge center & deploying the associated action plan
**Your boarding pass:**
* Master degree in Iaw, international law and regulation, or business sustainability
* Understanding of sustainability topics
* Ability to collaborate with stakeholders outside his/her perimeter and to interact with top management
* Openness, transparency and high adaptability
* Ability to manage complex topics and to synthesize / simplify them for a wider audience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to operate in a multicultural environment both inside and outside the company
* Negotiation level in English. Additional language a plus
