**Job Description:**
*Airbus Commercial Aircraft *is looking for* a Logistics Process and Tools Support (f/m) *to join our FAL A330 Logistics Department based in* Toulouse, France.*
You will be part of a team developing Process and Tools activities. As part of the A330 Final Assembly Line (FAL) Logistics Team, you will be involved in User Support and Operations Management aiming at securing Aircraft deliveries on time and Quality.

*Your challenges:*
* Resolve Level 2 incidents within your area of expertise to ensure zero production blockages
* Escalate complex incidents requiring a higher level of expertise and categorize them to drive continuous improvement and reduce recurrence
* Release and realign Manufacturing Orders (Ordres de Fabrication) for the FAL
* Manage CT176 processes (sorting, verification, provisioning, and reminders)
* Provide high-quality support to a user population of approximately 60 people
*Your boarding pass:*

* Background in Information Technology, or a Big Data related field.
* Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, or an equivalent technical field
* Strong technical expertise in SAP PGI and SAP PEA
* Proven experience in manufacturing environments (ideally Final Assembly Lines) and Manufacturing Orders management
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset to support a team of 60 users
* Strong communication skills and ability to ensure production continuity under pressure
