**Job Description:**
**Airbus Commercial Aircraft* i * s looking for a * *ERP Change Engineer Associate for S/4 Projects (M/F)* * to join our ARP Department ** based in **Toulouse, France.**
Our Airbus Resources Planning (ARP) program is replacing hundreds of legacy tools with a unified, state-of-the-art digital ecosystem. We are already going one step beyond-rolling out the first ERP S/4HANA projects to pave our road to tomorrow.
We are looking for an ambitious Change Management Associate who combines foundational change management knowledge with a strong appetite for AI technology to support and grow with our program into the future.

**Your challenges:**
* Contribute to the change management plan and monitor business readiness throughout the new IT system deployment.
* Create digital learning materials and documentation, and coordinate training schedules including 'Train the Trainer' sessions.
* Provide hands-on user support during the post-go-live phase for Avionics (Toulouse) and Cabin Electronics (Buxtehude) sites to ensure high adoption.
* Track content updates using Waterfall methodology while transitioning to Agile, acting as a bridge between local operational teams and the central Change team.
* Leverage AI tools and data analytics to predict deployment risks, analyze business impacts, and automate routine reporting.
**Your boarding pass:**
* Master's degree or equivalent higher education in Project Management, Change Management, Consulting, or Engineering.
* Initial professional experience or a strong internship track record in change management, project management, or consulting, ideally within an industrial, engineering, or international supply chain environment.
* Basic proficiency and strong interest in AI applications and data analytics. Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall). Experience with SAP (or SAP Enable Now) is a major plus.
* Proactive, transparent, team player, excellent interpersonal skills, eager to learn, and a collaborative 'can-do' attitude.
