**Job Description:**
*Airbus Commercial Aircraft* is looking for a *POA/DOA Control Improvement Manager (f/m) *to join our General Procurement Supply Chain Quality Department based in *Toulouse, France.*
You will be part of a team developing EASA regulatory compliance processes for aircraft-related non-flying products and services. As part of the Supply Chain Quality Management Team (PJSA), you will be involved in supplier compliance oversight and continuous improvement initiatives aiming at ensuring that General Procurement activities strictly comply with EASA regulations.

*Your challenges:*
* Coordinate risk analyses to precisely determine the POA scope for non-flying aircraft-related products and services.
* Enhance end-to-end procurement processes (Sourcing, Contracting, Ordering, Supplier Control) by integrating lessons learned.
* Drive the SCQM team coordination to secure proper approval, qualification, and surveillance of global suppliers.
* Secure EASA audit preparation across all worldwide divisions and coordinate prompt action plans until any findings are closed.
* Design and deliver targeted regulatory awareness sessions to internal stakeholders involved in supplier contracting and control.
*Your boarding pass:*
* Confirmed professional experience in the fields of Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, or Quality.
* Proven technical expertise in Supplier Management and managing complex projects.
* Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies (LEAN, 6 Sigma) and problem-solving tools.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively engage and collaborate with various stakeholders.
* Advanced level of English required (frequent business travel within France and Europe is to be expected).
