**Job Description:**
*Airbus Commercial Aircraft *is looking for a *HRBP Final Assembly Line (FAL) A350 (M/F)* to join our *HRBL Operations Department* based in *Toulouse, France.*

As an HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic partner to our operations department, collaborating closely with management to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives. This role requires a proactive and solutions-oriented professional who can navigate a fast-paced environment and contribute to the achievement of business objectives through effective HR practices

*Your challenges : *
Strategic HR Partnering :
* Collaborate with the leadership team in one of the Operations perimeters to understand business objectives and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with operational goals and HR goals to drive performance and productivity.
Talent Acquisition and Management :
* Partner with recruitment teams to attract, select, and onboard top talent for operations roles.
* Design and implement retention strategies to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
Employee Relations :
* Act as a trusted advisor to operations managers on employee relations matters, providing guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation.
* Conduct investigations and address employee concerns in a fair and consistent manner with the support of the Social Policies & Industrial Relations Business Partner.
Social Relations :
* Proactively work towards positive labour relations based on regular dialogue with unions in order to seek feedback, identify opportunities for collaboration and collective improvement.
* Collaborate with unions to interpret and implement various agreements signed.
Performance Management :
* Implement performance management processes to enhance individual and team performance within operations.
* Provide coaching and support to managers on performance improvement plans and goal setting.
Learning and Development :
* Identify training needs within operations and collaborate with L&D teams to design and deliver relevant training programs.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and development to enhance employee capabilities.
HR Policy and Compliance :
* Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements within operations.
* Partner with Social Policies and Industrial Relations Business Partners (SPIR BP) and Legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks and uphold ethical standards.
Data Analysis and HR Metrics :
* Utilize HR analytics to assess workforce, absenteeism, attrition and other trends to identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making within operations.
*Your boarding pass : *
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Demonstrated experience supporting operational teams, ideally within an assembly line or production setting.
* Strong knowledge of French labor law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
* Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues and navigate organizational change.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
* Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Fluency in both French and English is required.
