**Job Description:**
**Airbus Commercial Aircraft* * is looking for a * *Project Leader Building & Construction* * (f/m)* * to join our Facility Management & Real Estate (FMRE) team based in ** Toulouse, France.**
You will be part of a team developing infrastructures modifying the footprint of Airbus Commercial sites. Within the Building & Construction department, you will be involved in leading and drumbeating strategic and medium projects aiming at shaping the footprint of the 'Grand Saint Martin' site to pave the future of Airbus.

**Your challenges :**
* Support FMRE in shaping the development of the organization and business-critical decisions.
* Drive processes through innovation excellence and best practice sharing, seeking for improvement of organizational performance.
* Enhance FMRE internal relationship between FMRE services lines (Front office - Back office connections) within a matrix organization.
* Represent the FMRE management team in internal/external forums and communities, while promoting digital solutions across the sites.
* Establish and develop close relationships with FMRE worldwide teams and key internal Business Partners (Heads of site, Functions, FALs...).
**Your boarding pass:**
* Background in Civil Engineering required.
* Solid Project Management references (a PMI Bronze Certification would be a plus).
* Ability to collaborate within a Transdivisional/Transnational team and interface with external stakeholders (local authorities, French regulatory laws representatives like Inspection du travail, CARSAT).
* Strong sensitivity to customer needs and proven Supplier & Customer Relationship Management skills.
* Proficient oral and written communication skills in both English and French.
