**Job Description:**
*Airbus Commercial Aircraft* is looking * for a *Container IT Operations Manager (f/m)* * to join our DICB Containers & Private Cloud team based *in *Toulouse, France*.*
You will be part of a team developing Hybrid Hosting & Cloud Infrastructure solutions. As part of the Containers & Private Cloud Team, you will be involved in operating mission-critical Kubernetes platforms aiming at securing Airbus multi-cloud strategy and enabling company digitalization.

**Your challenges:**
* Manage the end-to-end platform lifecycle, directing strategic roadmaps, version upgrades, and obsolescence tracking for our massive OpenShift/Kubernetes infrastructure.
* Act as the primary technical point of contact for external editors to resolve complex software bugs and coordinate patching cycles.
* Drive infrastructure GitOps orchestration using ArgoCD for cluster administration alongside global governance and security hardening via ACM/ACS.
* Lead ITIL-based operational processes (incident, problem, change) and head Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to maintain constant 24/7 stability.
* Coordinate international administrator teams and collaborate with platform architects to ensure infrastructure availability aligns with negotiated SLAs.
**Your boarding pass:**
* Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
* Min 3+ years of experience building, deploying, and operating cloud Container solutions (Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, Rancher).
* Solid background in Linux system administration (RHEL, Ubuntu) and GitOps/Automation workflows (ArgoCD, Ansible, Terraform).
* Advanced proficiency level in both English and French.
