We ar e looking for a * Aftermarket Cost Performance Manager * to come onboard in our * C ustomer Support and Services Supply Chain ** D irectorate * in * Flore * 's team : a team of * 5 * collaborators !
Your Mission
As the Aftermarket Cost Performance Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening ATR's cost competitiveness and customer value across the global aftermarket. Fully integrated within the CSS Supply Chain and reporting to the Head of Cost Performance, you will oversee the technical and commercial management of the repair cost base while driving cross - functional initiatives to enhance performance.
* 1. Repair Cost Base Update & Improvement *
* Periodically update the Repair Cost Base by integrating the latest technical and commercial analyses.
* Continuously refresh data based on operational events (variances, incidents , technical evolutions).
* Analyze cost variations and identify their root causes (unexpected increases, retrofits, obsolescence, etc.).
* Secure and structure data within internal tools to ensure a single, consistent, and up - to - date reference for internal teams.
* Propose corrective actions in case of cost deviations or atypical trends.
* 2. Cost securing *
* Assess the financial impacts of technical modifications, repairability changes, or scope evolutions.
* Analyze and challenge suppliers' price revision requests.
* Monitor actual vs forecast variances and analyze their drivers.
* Contribute to supplier tenders and renegotiations through should - cost analyses.
* Ensure the robustness and consistency of economic assumptions used in Aftermarket decision - making.
* Participate in cross - functional projects aimed at improving overall economic performance.
* 3. Strategic POOL & Configuration Management *
* Contribute to POOL committees and associated strategic decisions.
* Analyze the economic impacts of repairable vs non - repairable choices for equipment.
* Assess the maintainability of part numbers (P/N) within existing contracts and propose relevant adjustments.
* Study and cost the integration of new part numbers into the POOL contract.
* Support POOL evolution decisions (standard changes, technical improvements, configuration optimization).
* Provide cost - driven analyses to support the overall strategy for defining and evolving the POOL.
About you
* Experience in cost engineering, purchasing , or cost analysis, combined with a solid financial culture, is * important * . Background in Aftermarket and aircraft maintenance is required ; experience in MRO would be a strong asset.
* Requires autonomy, initiative, and strong analytical and problem - solving skills, with the ability to deliver high - quality cost performance support in demanding situations.
* High communication skills with a focus on stakeholder alignment and customer satisfaction are required .
* Knowledge of SAP or another ERP environment would be considered a plus.
* Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus)

Votre mission
* 1. Mise à jour et amélioration de la Base de Coûts de Réparation *
* * Mettre à jour périodiquement * la Base de Coûts de Réparation en intégrant les analyses techniques et commerciales les plus récentes.
* * Actualiser les données en continu * en fonction des événements opérationnels (écarts, incidents, évolutions techniques).
* * Analyser les variations de coûts * et en identifier les causes (hausses inattendues, rétrofits, obsolescences...).
* * Fiabiliser et structurer * les données dans les outils internes afin de garantir une référence unique, cohérente et à jour pour les équipes internes.
* * Proposer des actions correctives * en cas de dérive ou d'évolution atypique des coûts.
