**Job Description:**
**Airbus Commercial ** is looking for a *Group Financial Planning Analyst (f/m)* to join our Group Financial Analysis & Valuation department based in *Toulouse, France.*
You will be part of a team operating as the financial Control Tower of Airbus.This is a unique opportunity to gain a 360-degree view of Airbus's consolidated accounts, including Commercial Aircraft, Helicopters, Defence and Space, and CTO/DTO activities. You will help to craft the narrative presented to the Airbus Finance Committee, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors.
As a consequence, the responsibilities will be varied, and you will contribute to the delivery of pertinent financials sustaining the Airbus Corporate Planning and diverse economic analysis.

***Your challenges:***
* Support the preparation of quarterly forecasts and operative plannings for Airbus consolidated, which includes: preparation of the process note, consolidation of Divisions Planning, analysis of Key Financials data performance , and preparation of CFO and Airbus Board of Directors presentation material.
* Support the analysis performed in order to better understand the financial planning over the next 5 years , in each division, in order to be able to support and challenge the divisions.
* Ensure the consistency of data with the divisions and with other departments, and ensure internal controls are respected in order to ensure quality of the information and analysis.
* Support the Process Management Team (PMT) and ensure proper process updates.
* Drive continuous improvements for Planning reports and tools, and collaborating with other departments to improve the overall financial planning process
* Support digitalisation, automation and the development of A.I. , by contributing to the development of the new IT planning tool, and the development of new digital reports.
* Ensure strong collaborative relationships and support to all Airbus Finance stakeholders to ensure that Airbus financial performance is well understood and clearly articulated in all Planning deliverables.
***Your boarding pass:***
* At least 8 years of proven experience in a core finance function.
* Strong knowledge of IFRS-GAAP
* Critical and analytical mindset, driven by a results-orientation.
* Rigorous with a focus on data quality and precision.
* Capacity to build strong, collaborative relationships across all departments
* Capability to navigate process complexity and manage ambiguity effectively to simplify complex financial topics for crucial decision-makers
* Professional working proficiency in English
