* Airbus Procurement * is looking for a * Manufacturing Engineering Services Category Buyer * (f/m) to join our * Manufacturing Engineering Services procurement team * based in * Toulouse, France * .
You will join the sub-commodity Manufacturing Engineering Services procurement where the procurement volume is approximately 450M€/year. You will have a large number of interfaces including major multi-national suppliers and Airbus plants and FALs, Supply Chain, Central Manufacturing Engineering and contract teams.

* Your challenges: *
* Lead cross-functional project teams within national and trans-national procurement projects, run the supplier selection processes, and negotiate, establish, and implement frame contracts.
* Establish and maintain detailed procurement project planning, managing risks and implementing mitigating actions in due time.
* Manage contracts with Airbus' internal customers and suppliers, evaluating and improving suppliers' performance (time, costs, quality), and ensuring compliance with Procurement Policies.
* Lead the sourci ng activity, commit the Company by achieving the signature of contractual agreements, and contribute to competitiveness by executing cost reduction campaigns.
* Manage day-to-day professional relationships with main stakeholders and suppliers to optimize Airbus value, minimize total cost of ownership, and uphold ethics and compliance standards.
* Your boarding pass: *
* 10 - 15 years of experience in supplier relationship Management, Procurement, or commercial/contracting negotiations.
* Master degree in Business school or engineering, with strong business analytical skills (business case studies, TCO approach).
* Effective contract and international negotiator with proven commercial, contractual background, and legal awareness.
* Project leadership skills to engage multi-functions teams, autonomy, and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
* Fluent in French and English (negotiation level).
