**Job Description:**
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a *Local Safety Support * *(f/m)* to join our *Digital Support* * department* based in *Toulouse*, France.
You will be part of a team developing HSE support solutions for the Digital sector. As part of the Local Safety Support team, you will be involved in operational assistance for the organization aiming at harmonizing regulatory compliance and securing technical premises at a transnational level.

*Your challenges:*
* Lead risk identification and analysis of incidents/accidents affecting people and assets within the Digital entity.
* Maintain and centralize reporting tools to provide a global view of risks across tertiary and technical perimeters.
* Support technical experts in managing and mitigating HSE risks at an international level.
* Promote an Environment, Health and Safety culture by managing visual communication and supporting change management among teams.
* Ensure functional reporting and inform Health & Safety services of any changes regarding the activity, organization, or site layout.
*Your boarding pass:*
* Proven experience in operational project management within HSE or industrial support domains.
* Solid knowledge of technical and legal HSE regulations, ideally with a Local Safety Support (SLS) background.
* Ability to unite cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in a transnational environment.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work with high autonomy.
* Professional proficiency in French and English, essential for coordination across 4 countries.
