We are looking for a *Expert - Ops Data, Process & Tools* to come onboard in our *Engineering* * Directorate * in* Véronique* 's team : a team of *10* collaborators!

* Your Mission *
The proposed mission is part of ATR Engineering activities related to the production of aircraft operational documentation.
Within the "Aircraft Operability & Technical Data" department, the "Flight Operations Engineering" team is responsible for developing and producing the operational data for ATR aircraft.
The purpose of the proposed mission is, on the one hand, to define, develop, and support the tools required for the production of operational data, and on the other hand, to define, monitor, and update the working methods and processes in order to ensure sustainable and optimized production. The mission also includes the definition, specification, and development of customer products and services related to operational data, in collaboration with the "Customer Services" department, as part of the continuous improvement of the ATR customer experience.
As expert, recognized within ATR's technical community, you will ensure the following activities:
* Map, assess, and optimize the information system architecture in coordination with ATR's Digitalization Directorate and the entities supporting the information system,
* Ensure administration, support, and operational maintenance of the operational documentation production tool (EDORA), involving the teams who developed the tool, when necessary,
* Draft functional and/or detailed specifications for IT tools with support from users (internal/external), and oversee the development of these tools,
* Prepare specifications for calls for tender related to outsourced activities, take part in selecting suppliers, and ensure the implementation and management of their services,
* Manage all project aspects (operational, financial, etc.) related to tool developments under the department's responsibility,
* Define, monitor, and update the processes and reference frameworks related to the activity,
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives for tools, methods, and processes,
* Provide expert support to the production activity across the entire process (authoring, freeze, data publication),
* Monitor production KPIs and identify performance improvement actions,
* Contribute to defining enhancements to customer products and services related to operational data, working with specialists from the team and the "Customer Services" department, and ensure corresponding tool and process developments,
* Support and maintain the tools associated with the product and service offer,
* Conduct technological watch activities and implement related actions,
* Contribute to ATR's expert community and participate in its related initiatives.
* About you *
* Degree specialized in IT project management related to the Ops Data domain, with a technical foundation in software development.
* 10 years of experience
* Technical skills / knowledge
* Expertise in technical documentation standards (S1000D, ATA2300, ATA2200, etc.) and in the development of related IT tools,
* Minimum technical skills: structured languages XML/SGML, XSD/DTD, knowledge of relational database modeling,
* Information system management (mapping, functional architecture),
* Process management (modeling, documentation frameworks),
* Knowledge of operational documentation configuration management and understanding of related criteria (MOD/SB, certification, etc.),
* Knowledge of the aeronautical environment and aircraft operational documentation.
* Soft skills: good communicator, capable of coordinating, uniting stakeholders, and being proactive, organization skills, autonomy, teamwork, and open-mindedness, strong customer-oriented mindset.
* Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus)

La mission proposée s'inscrit dans les activités de production de la documentation opérations avion de l'ingénierie d'ATR.
Au sein du département « Aircraft Operability & Technical Data » d'ATR, le service « Flight Operations Engineering » est en charge du développement et de la production des données opérationnelles des avions ATR.
La mission proposée vise, d'une part, à définir, faire développer et supporter les outils nécessaires à l'activité de production des données opérationnelles et, d'autre part, à définir, monitorer et mettre à jour les méthodes et processus de fonctionnement, ceci afin de garantir une production pérenne et optimisée. La mission inclut également la définition, spécification et le développement des produits et services clients dans le domaine de la donnée opérationnelle, en collaboration avec le département « Customer services » dans le cadre de l'amélioration continue de l'expérience client ATR .
En qualité d'expert, reconnu dans la filière technique d'ATR, sous assurerez les activités suivantes :
* Cartographier, évaluer et optimiser l'architecture du système d'information en lien avec la Direction Digitalisation d'ATR et les entités supportant le système d'information,
