We are looking for a Supply Officer to come onboard in our Operations and Procurement Directorate in Fabrice's team : a team of 10 collaborators!

* Your Mission *
As part of the Supply Chain team and reporting to Head of FAL OEM Supply Chain, you are responsible for the FAL and Partners delivery performance of your supplier portfolio containing systems, cabin and/or propulsion elements:
-OTD performance
-Supplier risks highlighting
-Associated action plan, for production & delivery ramp up
-Recovery plan management
Responsible for reporting to your internal stakeholders (program, procurement, configuration...) and internal customers (FAL, program, partners).
Active contributor to the ATR and ATR Supply chain continuous improvement plan
Within a Multi-Functional Team, you are responsible of maintaining the appropriate ATR supplier governance.
You encourage supplier anticipation and secure the production ramp-up.
Your positive energy and "can do attitude" is motivating your colleagues to work beyond boundaries as one ATR team to achieve common objectives.
You promote an open feedback culture to encounter trust and continuous development
You communicate efficiently with our internal customers and management, as well as with the supplier organization.
Main activities:
-Monitor, KPI & data driven, and secure On Time Delivery of systems & equipment to FAL and partners
-Manage ordering process (purchase order and procurement plan) with a collaborative approach with international suppliers to fit with production need date of the different ATR production sites (Leonardo, Airbus Atlantic and FAL) through Airsupply portal starting by forecast mastering and masterdata management
-Monitor Suppliers work in progress status, Missing Parts and KPIs and initiate
-Perform effective overall monitoring of supplier activities, with a good understanding of the overall situation and scope of suppliers.
-Identify suppliers' industrial risks and suggest mitigation security measures if necessary
-Negotiate and drumbeat recovery plan with low performance suppliers.
-Provide a global vision of the volume of stocks and implement action plans with suppliers in order to control the level.
-Escalate internally, including to the buyer for claim application and all relevant functions
-Act as a supply chain focal point
-Animate meeting breakdown structure to monitor suppliers performances (daily, weekly, monthly).
* About you *
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management / Logistics
* Degree in Logistics, Supply chain or equivalent
* Fluent in English and French
* Comfortable with IT system, MS Office (Excel advanced) and previous experience working with an ERP system (SAP) is a must
* Negotiation, ability to convince
* Ability to work effectively in demanding sector and to prioritize activities

Nous recherchons un Chargé des approvisionnements pour rejoindre notre Direction Operations et Achats au sein de l'équipe de Fabrice: une équipe de 10 collaborateurs !

* Votre mission *
En tant que membre de l'équipe Supply Chain et rattaché au Responsable Supply Chain OEM FAL, vous êtes responsable de la performance de livraison pour les chaînes d'assemblage finales (FAL) et pour les partenaires, pour l'ensemble de votre portefeuille de fournisseurs comprenant des systèmes, des éléments cabine et/ou propulsion :
* Performance OTD ( On-Time Delivery - livraison à temps) et plan d'amélioration associé
* Cartographie des risques fournisseurs
* Plan d'action associé pour l'augmentation de la production et des livraisons
* Gestion des crises et des plans de convergence
Vous êtes responsable de la communication avec vos parties prenantes internes et vos clients internes.
Au sein d'une équipe multifonctionnelle, vous mettez en œuvre et maintenez une gouvernance fournisseur appropriée pour ATR.
Vous encouragez les fournisseurs à anticiper et à sécuriser la montée en cadence.
Votre énergie positive et votre attitude volontariste (*'can do attitude'*) motivent vos collègues à travailler au-delà des frontières des organisations et/ou des fonctions, en tant qu'équipe ATR, pour atteindre des objectifs communs.
