We are looking for a *Performance Improvement Manager* to come onboard in our *Programs ** Directorate * in * Alfredo * 's team : a team of *5 *collaborators!

* Your Mission *
Within the "Programs" directorate, the "Performance Improvement" department (PI) is responsible for driving the performance of ATR Company and its continuous improvement.
As a Performance Improvement Manager, you will be the strategic linchpin between Operational Excellence and Quality Compliance. Your mission will be to lead the lifecycle of Program Processes within the Quality Management System, driving maximum efficiency through Lean methodologies and a sustainable Program strategy.
As Performance Improvement Manage you will be also involved in the management of strategic projects aiming at improving the overall Company performance and that are crucial to meet ATR Top Company Objectives.
This position will give you the opportunity to interact with multiple stakeholders across the entire organization and have an overview of a wide scope of activities.
This position is reporting to "ATR Ho Performance Improvement".
Based on ATR top objectives and ambitions, aim of the "Performance Improvement" approach is to make sure we have projects allowing us to reach all of our goals as well as to drive a continuous change management culture across the Company. In this context, the jobholder will be responsible for:
* Consolidating the Top Company and Top functional objectives in line with ATR vision and strategy
* Driving the execution of a sustainable program strategy, ensuring that all Programs and project objectives-including product quality, delivery schedules, and financial targets (Profit and Loss)-are achieved, while strictly upholding the company's commitments to its clients.
* Orchestrating multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously, for navigating and resolving priority conflicts, ensuring that resources and timelines remain aligned with the organization's most critical milestones.
* Prioritizing topics based on their impact on Company's performance and proposing "value driven" roadmaps
* Mastering the intersection of Quality and Performance within the Quality Management System
* Mastering Lean methodologies for improving efficiency, to reduce lead times, and transform compliance requirements into competitive advantages.
* Acting as the primary interface between engineering, production, and quality to ensure a seamless flow of information and resources, ensuring that the program's industrial footprint is both robust and agile.
* About you *
* You hold a 5-year engineering degree
* Minimum ~ 10 years of experience in the aeronautical field.
* Experience in Engineering.
* Competencies in Project Management.
* Background in Finance and/or Business Performance.
* Knowledge in Quality Management System and specifically in ISO9001 and EN9100
* Ability to efficiently interact with diverse stakeholders including top management.
* Ability to challenge status quo in situation of divergent opinions/interests
* Tenacity, dynamism and determination for the success of initiatives & projects.
* Strong capacity for coordination, adaptability, reliability.
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Strong analytic capacity to understand many subjects, organize and structure the material

Nous recherchons un *Responsable de l'amélioration des Performances *pour rejoindre notre Direction *Programmes* au sein de l'équipe d' *Alfredo* : une équipe de *5* collaborateurs !

* Votre mission *
Au sein de la direction « Programmes », le département « Amélioration des Performances » (AP) est chargé d'optimiser les performances de l'entreprise ATR et de favoriser son amélioration continue.
En tant que Responsable Amélioration des Performances, vous jouerez un rôle stratégique clé entre l'Excellence Opérationnelle et la Conformité Qualité. Votre mission consistera à piloter le cycle de vie des processus de programme au sein du Système de Management de la Qualité, en optimisant l'efficacité grâce aux méthodologies Lean et à une stratégie de programme durable.
Vous participerez également à la gestion de projets stratégiques visant à améliorer les performances globales de l'entreprise et essentiels à la réalisation des objectifs prioritaires d'ATR.
Ce poste vous permettra d'interagir avec de nombreux interlocuteurs au sein de l'organisation et d'avoir une vision globale d'un large éventail d'activités.
Vous reporterez au Responsable Amélioration des Performances d'ATR.
Conformément aux objectifs et ambitions d'ATR, l'objectif de la démarche « Amélioration des Performances » est de garantir la mise en œuvre de projets permettant d'atteindre tous nos objectifs et de promouvoir une culture de conduite du changement au sein de l'entreprise. Dans ce contexte, le/la titulaire du poste sera responsable de :
* Consolider les objectifs stratégiques et fonctionnels de l'entreprise conformément à la vision et à la stratégie d'ATR.
* Piloter la mise en œuvre d'une stratégie de programme durable, en veillant à ce que tous les objectifs des programmes et des projets - y compris la qualité des produits, les délais de livraison et les objectifs financiers (compte de résultat) - soient atteints, tout en respectant scrupuleusement les engagements de l'entreprise envers ses clients.
