**Job Description:**
*Airbus Commercial Aircraft* is looking for a *Site Coordinator & Senior Project Manager (f/m)* to join our Facility Management & Real Estate (FMRE) department based in *Toulouse, France.*
Do you know who manages the Airbus 'cities'? Every minute of your experience at Airbus is enabled by the FMRE team. Within this trans-divisional community, you will be part of a team of 15 passionate individuals whose mission is to design and build the infrastructure shaping the Airbus Commercial site footprint. You will be involved in steering general and site services aimed at improving the customer experience and supporting the production ramp-up.

*Your challenges:*
As the right-hand person to the Head of Building & Construction for the South-West, you will be the focal point for the 'Grand Saint-Martin' perimeter. Your missions include:
* Lead construction and renovation projects with high strategic impact (Performance, Sustainability, Production ramp-up, Better Workplace).
* Organize and plan activity reporting, assist the local team in problem-solving, and update workload/capacity tools.
* Manage external service providers (Project Managers, contractors) via rigorous KPIs and action plans.
* Act as the link with local authorities (Labor Inspection, CARSAT) and internal stakeholders (Health & Safety, Masterplan).
* Define and optimize processes in collaboration with other FM service lines and support audits (ISO 50001, ISO 14001).
*Your boarding pass:*
* Background in Civil Engineering .
* Solid references in Project Management (a PM certification is a plus).
* Natural leadership , ability to simplify complex messages, and a strong team spirit .
* Ability to interact at all levels of the company and with various external stakeholders.
* Fluent French and advanced English (a third language is an asset).
