**Job Description:**
*Airbus Commercial Aircraft* is looking for a Building & Infra Project Manager *(f/m)* to join our Facility Management & Real Estate based in* Toulouse, France.*
You will be part of a team developing infrastructure and technical facility solutions for Airbus sites. As part of the Minor Works service, you will be involved in managing projects with low technical complexity aiming at supporting business continuity, production ramp-up, and workplace safety.

*Your challenges:*
* Lead and motivate the project management community by ensuring team upskilling, performance monitoring, and regular activity reporting.
* Manage end-to-end real estate projects (schedule, cost, quality) while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with internal and external regulations.
* Monitor external subcontractors (AMO, MOE) and define project procurement strategies in collaboration with the Procurement department.
* Oversee construction works until technical handover, ensuring EHS compliance (work permits, prevention plans) and smooth transfer to maintenance teams.
*Your boarding pass:*
* Proven experience in real estate or industrial project management, ideally gained within a complex technical environment.
* Solid technical skills in building and infrastructure, with a strong ability to manage subcontractors (engineering firms, construction companies).
* Management rigor enabling effective use of reporting IT tools and ensuring precise budgetary monitoring.
* Fluency in French and English, essential for both local communication and interactions within Airbus's international network.
