**Job Description:**
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a *CRM Project Manager* (f/m) to join our *IM for Airbus Programmes, Customer Engagement & Services* based in *Toulouse, France*.
You will be part of a team developing innovative IT solutions for our Airlines customers. As part of the CRM Center of Excellence (CoE), you will be involved in driving Salesforce solution developments aiming at securing the digital transformation of our services.

*Your challenges:*
* Lead the Multi-Functional Team to manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects.
* Manage end-to-end delivery, ensuring solutions meet operational SLAs and business needs.
* Drive continuous release management and industrialization of new features.
* Translate project vision into a prioritized backlog with the Business Product Owner.
* Define and execute the go-to-market strategy including deployment and communication.
*Your boarding pass:*
* Master's degree in Information Technology or Business Management.
* At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management within the Salesforce ecosystem.
* Deep knowledge of Salesforce technologies (Sales, Service, Analytics, Marketing Cloud).
* Strong expertise in CRM business processes and stakeholder management.
* Proven ability in budget management, planning, and risk-based project rigor.
