We are looking for an *Expert- Flight Operations Data* to come onboard in *our Engineering* * Directorate * in* Véronique*'s team : a team of * 10 * collaborators!

* Your Mission *
Within the Flight Operations Engineering department, you will act as an expert in the domain of ATR Flight Operations data, providing daily support on the activities of the team, supporting the ATR aircraft design developments for enhanced operability and supporting the ATR continued Airworthiness and Customer support team for safe and efficient ATR aircraft operations. This role will include the conduct of operational and technical studies contributing to the development of the flight operations documentation.
Your main activities will include:
* Provide operational expertise to support the activities led by Flight Ops Engineering department and contribute to these activities which are defined as follows:
* Analyze requests for change of flight ops documentation driven by aircraft design change, change in regulations requirements, in-service operations experience relayed by Continued Airworthiness and Customer support offices,
* collect all necessary input data from the Design office, Flight Test, Training and Support department to define the content of changes to flight operations documentation,
* conduct operational evaluation (through appropriate simulation means) to assess relevance of documentation change when required,
* conduct internal consultation/validation of changes in documentation,
* write technical/operational dossiers to justify the changes against the Certification Specifications rules (CS) and ensure their approval by certification authorities as per the Design Organization Approval (Part 21) rules,
* ensure documentation update in compliance with authoring rules, while ensuring consistency of information across the different manuals and medias (Electronic Check List) and for the various aircraft variants,
* ensure documentation update in compliance with the engineering production plan driven by aircraft design activities, safety priorities, customers' needs,
* ensure back office support to customer front office in the Flight Operations field.
* Engage responsibility as authorized signatory within the Design Organisation of ATR
* Act as an expert representative of Flight Operations Engineering:
* with the EASA panels
* for supporting Continued Airworthiness activities
* for supporting Conops development under the leadership of the Operability service
* for supporting Research & Technology projects
* About you *
* Engineering degree (specializing in aeronautics)
* Knowledge required in following domains: aircraft operational documentation, aircraft flight operations and aircraft performance, ATR aircraft systems, aeronautics regulations relevant to aircraft manufacturers (CS 25, CS-MMEL/FCD/CCD, Part 21) and airlines (AIR OPS rules), document production technologies (XML structured documentation)
* Experience as a pilot (ATR type rating recommended)
* Experience in human factors (recommended)
* Airlines operational experience (recommended)
* Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus)
* IT skills: good skills in pack office
* Soft skills: rigorous, team working, leadership, communication and negotiation skills

* Votre mission *
Au sein du service Flight Operations Engineering, en qualité d'expert des données opérations de vol, vous assurerez un support quotidien aux activités réalisées par le service, contribuerez aux développements avion pour assurer leur opérabilité, apporterez votre support aux services Suivi de Navigabilité et Support opérations clients pour une exploitation sûre et efficace de l'avion ATR. Votre rôle inclura la réalisation d'études opérationnelles et techniques contribuant au développement de la documentation des opérations de vol.
Vos principales activités seront les suivantes :
- Apporter une expertise opérationnelle en support aux activités du service Flight Operations Engineering, et contribuer à la réalisation de ces activités, définies comme suit :
* Analyser les demandes de modification de la documentation des opérations de vol en fonction des modifications apportées à l'avion, des changements dans les exigences réglementaires, de l'expérience des opérations en service relayée par les services Suivi de Navigabilité et Support opérations clients,
* Recueillir toutes les données nécessaires auprès du bureau d'études, du département des essais en vol, de la formation et du support afin de définir le contenu des modifications à apporter à la documentation des opérations de vol,
* Procéder à une évaluation opérationnelle (par des moyens de simulation appropriés) afin d'évaluer la pertinence des modifications apportées aux procédures de l'équipage de conduite, le cas échéant,
* Procéder à la consultation/validation interne des modifications apportées à la documentation,
* rédiger des dossiers techniques/opérationnels pour justifier la conformité des modifications documentaires au regard des exigences règlementaires (Certification Specifications) et assurer leur approbation par les autorités de certification,
