**Job Description:**
**Airbus Commercial Aircraft **is looking for a** SAP Planning Business Analyst (f/m) **to join our** Spares & Services Digital Department **based in** Toulouse, France.**
You will be part of a team driving sustainable IT transformation within Customer Services. As part of the Spares & Services Digital Department, you will be involved in continuously supporting and advising the Airbus Customer Service organization on information system topics aiming at enhancing efficiency and leading information systems changes related to spares, kits supply chain, and production.

**Your challenges:**
* * Address * business process needs and customize relevant SAP modules to link them with SAP standard solutions.
* * Organize * gap analysis loops and drive the business back to standard functions.
* * Promote and deliver * solutions to the business, leading the decision process by business value.
* * Manage * product backlogs when standard applications cannot be applied.
* * Manage * project activities to build and deploy IT solutions.
**Your boarding pass:**
* * Proven experience * of SAP modules relevant for the position (mainly PP and IBP; MM/SD are a plus).
* * Knowledge of * SAP and Logistic and Sales Business Processes, with experience in SAP S/4 projects as a plus * . *
* * Understanding of * project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
* * Capability to * challenge business needs to return to standard functions.
* * Negotiation level * of English (German or French is a plus).
* Especially: *
* Having a *delivery and customer-oriented mindset* is self-evident for you.
* *Thinking innovative and working autonomous* is a part of your professional DNA.
* You have *good communication skills *and capacity to drive the change.
