We are looking for a *CAMO Approval Manager / Continued Airworthiness Management Organization Expert* (m/f) for our *Commercial Aircraft* business to join our* Quality Assurance department AIRBUS SAS,* position based in *Toulouse, France.*( 'CDI' position)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced *Approval Manager* to *support the CAMO Quality manager in leading and managing all aspects of Continued Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO)* approval processes. This role is critical for ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, optimizing airworthiness processes, and driving continuous improvement in our maintenance and operational standards.

*YOUR CHALLENGES *
As a CAMO Approval Manager, your* key activities * *will be to work in unison with the CAMO Quality Manager *(under their lead) to ensure:
*CAMO Oversight and Compliance*: Oversee and manage the CAMO approval process, ensuring full compliance with national and international aviation regulations and internal company policies.
*Audit Management*: Plan, conduct, and manage internal and external audits related to CAMO activities & processes, identifying non-conformities and driving corrective actions.
*Process Improvement*: Analyze existing business processes within CAMO and Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement enhanced process methods and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
*Continuous Airworthiness Managemen*t: Establish and monitor robust systems for continuous airworthiness management, ensuring the ongoing airworthiness of all AIRBUS SAS aircraft.
*Regulatory Liaison*: Act as a primary point of contact for regulatory bodies regarding CAMO approvals, surveillance, and compliance matters.
*Quality Assurance*: Implement and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance system for all CAMO-related activities, including supply chain quality.
*Requirements Management:* Manage and translate regulatory and internal requirements into actionable plans and procedures for the CAMO team.
*Monitoring and Reporting*: Develop and implement effective monitoring systems to track CAMO performance, regulatory compliance, and process effectiveness. Generate regular reports for management.
*Problem Analysis and Solving*: Proactively identify potential issues & non-Quality within CAMO operations, conduct thorough problem analysis, and implement effective solutions.

*Your profile :*
* *CAMO Experience*: Proven experience in* Continued Airworthiness Management Organizations* (CAMO) *within the aviation industry. *MANDATORY;
* *Auditing Expertise*: Demonstrated expertise in conducting and managing audits, including internal audit practices and regulatory compliance audits.
** Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of aviation Regulations & Policies pertinent to airworthiness and maintenanc*e. (must to have)
** Quality Assurance *: *Strong understanding and practical application of Quality Assurance* principles, including Supply Chain quality. ( must to have )
* *Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem analysis and solving abilitie*s, with a methodical approach to complex issues. ( must to have )
* Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) Understanding: Solid understanding of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) processes and their integration with CAMO. ( nice to have)
* Requirements Management: Experience in Requirements management and translating regulatory frameworks into practical operational procedures.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
*Languages : english fluent or intermediaire++ is mandatory. And a French basic level.
* Education: A path with Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Management, or a related field is appreciated. A Master's degree is a plus.
