I'm recruiting for a fast growing international Fintech, an IT Support Specialist Europe - Linux SQL H/F based in Sophia Antipolis.

YOUR MISSION

Joins a team consisting of 3 Back End Developers, 1 Technical BA and your partner Support Engineer in Valbonne.
You also work with ten colleagues based in Hong Kong.
With your partner,from France, you support clients located all over Europe (bank, trading company, investment fund, ...).
What you are going to do

- Level 1 / Level 2 technical support for users (bankers, traders, ...),
- Resolve technical incidents with SQL queries and scripting ,
- Install and configure IT equipment,
- Participate in the continuous improvement of support processes,
- Ensure the follow-up of incidents and support requests until their complete resolution,
- Document you will work in a production environment.
Technical environment: Linux, Windows, SQL, Confluence, Python

YOUR PROFIL
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Experience in a production environment
- Skills in Linux, Windows Powershell scripting,
- Big experience with SQL query (essential)
- A first experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
