We are looking for a *Customer Programme Directo*r (CPD) to come onboard in our Customer Line Directorate in a team of 17 collaborators!

* Your Mission *
The Customer Programme Director is the Program overall focal point in front of Customers as "Program Account Manager" for dedicated Customers/Fleets.
The Customer Programme Director is the "End to End" Leader of the "Fulfill Customer Order (FCO)" Process (for given Customers/ Fleets accounts), which aims at defining, designing, manufacturing and delivering customized a/c on-Time, on- Quality, on-Cost, and at Customer's expectations & satisfaction, while protecting ATR interests.
For her/his Customers/Fleets, and with the support of multi- functional CPD core team members, the Customer Programme Director leads the end-to-end activities from Purchase Agreement/Memorandum Of Understanding until Aircraft industrial delivery. That means:
* Ensuring that the required deliverables are produced on-time and on-quality as per the defined milestones & quality gates sequence, and that they meet the Customers' expectations.
* Performing risk management all along the process. Ensures a close follow-up of a/c progress from Build-up process, Assembly and Flight Line & Delivery Phases. And works on recovery action plans to ensure adherence to Plannings and to secure notified Delivery Phases.
* Concludes Deliveries with establishment of the Commitment Letter and with Transfer of Title completion.
The CPD is accountable of:
* Defining the main CPD process milestones (based on ATR Customization Process ) working in MFT
with a cross-functional team
* Defining related procedures & tools (if needed)
* Defining all the deliverables for each gate & responsibility
* Defining meetings frequency for the internal ATR CPD Core Teams, and for the communication towards the Customers she/he has into account.
* Ensuring risk assessment/mitigation for the Fleets she/he has into account, from Customization, during Build-up, Assembly, and Flight Line and Delivery Phases.
* Challenging all involved stakeholders for the respect of the Plannings, and of defining with them some recovery action plans in case of non-adherence to the Planning (using escalation processes and MFT working principles).
* Ensuring Delivery planning adherence in accordance with notified Delivery Schedule.
* Commercial negotiations with Customers within the establishment, acceptance & closure of the Commitment Letter.
* Proceeding to the Transfer of Titles.
* About you *
* Fiel of study: engineering or Business school
* Minimum ~ 10 years of experience in the aeronautical field.
* Strong experience in Customer-facing role
* Strong negotiation skills
* Customer centric
* Ability to efficiently interact with diverse stakeholders from top management to operational level
* Ability to challenge status quo in situation of divergent opinions/interests
