**Job Description:**
* Airbus Commercial Aircraft * is looking for an * Integration Simulation & Modeling Equipment Engineer (f/m) * to join our Equipment department within the Flight Control domain based in * Toulouse (Saint Martin), France. *
You will be part of a team that develops equipment for the flight control system. You will work on primary flight control actuators (servocontrols, electromechanical actuators, electro-hydrostatic actuators), cockpit controls, sensors, and backup equipment, aiming to ensure efficient * digital synergy * .

* Your challenges *
o * Plan, lead, and execute * equipment integration activities using simulation and modeling for current and future aircraft.
o * Establish * and implement modeling and simulation standards for flight control equipment suppliers.
o * Manage * equipment models within system and aircraft models.
o * Adapt * models for a dual application: the aircraft model and equipment simulation (to understand an in-service event, for example).
o * Plan * , lead, and execute co-simulation activities to obtain mature equipment specifications for current and future aircraft.
o * Define and implement * the upskilling plan for your colleagues.
o * Oversee * outsourced activities.
Depending on the candidate's readiness, the position could be a TSL position (Technical Skills Leader).
* Your boarding pass *
o Engineering degree or equivalent.
o * Minimum of 10 years * of professional experience.
o Expertise in simulation with * Matlab, Simulink, Simscape, * etc.
o Specific interest and prior experience with hydro-mechanical and electro-mechanical equipment.
o Project management experience and strong communication skills.
o Leadership skills.
o * Language skills: * Advanced English, fluent French.
